Leadership essay

I believe that Martin Luther King is an important leader because he wanted to be the change that the world wants to see. He did a lot of great things.

Martin Luther King did a lot of good things. For example: He worked so hard in the civil rights that he became a member of the executive committee of the advanced colored people the leading organisation of the nation.

He is a tough leader that people can rely on. His leadership was an action not a position. He took being a leader seriously and not a position that people can laugh at.

In 1963, Martin Luther King delivered his "I have a dream speech" civil rights marchers. His speech inspired a lot of people and made him the youngest man to win the Nobel peace prize and man of the year.

In 1968, he was assassinated at the Lorraine motel In Memphis, Tennessee. I think he was assassinated because of the protests and his idea of bringing the black people and white people together.

Martin Luther King was trying to bring blacks and whites together. He was a very educated man. He was assassinated because other people didn't like his idea of of bringing the blacks and whites together. He lived an important life in this world to show us that people are the same no matter what color they are.
